Welcome to Orion. By creating an account, accessing the website, or purchasing any Master Pack, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Orion.

Orion is an online educational platform providing carefully curated digital Master Packs designed to help students prepare for examinations and strengthen their understanding of mathematics, chemistry, and physics.

All content is provided for educational purposes only.

• Users must create an account before purchasing or accessing Master Packs.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Users are responsible for all activity occurring under their account.
• Providing false information or impersonating another individual is prohibited.

• All purchases are processed securely through Stripe.
• Prices are displayed before checkout.
• Purchased Master Packs become available immediately after successful payment.
• Future price changes do not affect previously completed purchases.

• All Master Packs are digital educational products.
• No physical products are shipped.
• Users are responsible for ensuring they have a compatible device and internet connection.

Every purchase grants the purchaser a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the purchased Master Pack.

Purchases may not be shared with friends, classmates, schools, tutoring centres, or third parties.

Each purchase is intended solely for the account holder.

Unless otherwise stated, all content on Orion—including but not limited to questions, solutions, layouts, graphics, branding, logos, documents, preview images, page designs, and educational materials—is the intellectual property of Orion.

Users may not:

• Copy content
• Redistribute content
• Upload content elsewhere
• Sell Orion materials
• Modify and republish Orion materials
• Remove watermarks or copyright notices
• Use Orion content for commercial purposes without written permission

Orion actively protects its educational content.

Attempts to reproduce, distribute, photograph, scan, share, pirate, or otherwise redistribute purchased Master Packs may result in:

• Immediate suspension of the account
• Permanent termination of access
• Cancellation of future purchases
• Appropriate legal action where applicable

Because Orion sells digital products that become immediately accessible after purchase, all sales are generally final.

If a technical error prevents access to purchased content, users should contact support so the issue can be resolved promptly.

Refund requests may be considered only where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Users agree not to:

• Attempt to hack Orion
• Interfere with website security
• Reverse engineer website functionality
• Upload malicious software
• Abuse payment systems
• Circumvent access controls

We strive to keep Orion available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Maintenance, software updates, security improvements, or unexpected outages may temporarily affect availability.

We do not guarantee examination results, grades, admissions, scholarships, or academic performance.
